Ego Eram Reputo Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 Select the circular area you want to smooth with the ellipse selection tool (hold down the SHIFT key to constrain selection to a circle) Apply Effects > Blurs > Gaussian Blur at 1px radius. There are other blurs available. Unfocus or Surface Blur are two that might be worth checking out.
