Newbie with no experience - Change the color of a shirt

Recommended Posts

Hello there.

It sounds like you may benefit from the plugin called Conditional Hue/Saturation, which will be found in the Adjustment menu once you restart PDN. After that, try to use either the line tool to line the t-shirt, or magic wand with low tolerance (you may need to adjust the tolerance as needed), and then run Conditional Hue/Saturation. Good luck.

Officially retired from this forum. Have a nice day.

If that doesn't work (though it is the best way), you can always try making another layer above, colouring over shirt with brush tool, blurring it a bit and changing the layer settings until you get it right, but you do need a good eye if you wanna get it perfect.

P.S. if you post a pic of the person's shirt you wanna change then I will do it for you and tell you excatly how if you still can't do it.
