Looking for certain font

Anybody know what font this is...

Note the hollow letters.

I have searched DaFont and 1001freefonts.com, urbanfonts.com, free-fonts.com, keyword "stencil"

The closest I have found is this

Which in a pinch I could clean up the hollows and make it work.

Thanks and it was that shape except for the hollow part, I still think I could of hollowed them out.
