Hi, im a huge fan of naruto anime,as you can see from my Sigs and avatar.

This time, i will teach you guys , how to make naruto rasengan, its based on Malazar tutorial- http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=28726, but with some "me" touchs :)

Plugins Needed:

Inside Out (that is in Ed Harvey's Effects) -http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=26244

Zoom Blur Deluxe (direct download link) - http://www.freewebs.com/dakepdn/ZoomBlurDeluxe%5Fv0.2.dll

Smudge (that is in Pyrochild's Effects)- http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21706

Final Product: 1

1- Open a new canvas 500x150.

2-Add a new layer :AddNewLayer: and call it Chakra Ball, in Chakra Ball layer Effects>Render>Julia Fractal.

2

then invert colors (Ctrl+Shift+I),after that do Effects>Blurs>ZoomBlurDeluxe and use this settings 3

Use Effects>Distort>Inside Out and if you've followed all the steps in the correct form you should have this: 4

3-Add a new layer :AddNewLayer: and call it Chakra Lines, with paint brush tool with orange color in primary, draw some lines in both sides(it isnt needed to draw in both sides, but fo safety its better because you are going to delete the right side of the Chakra Lines Layer) and draw them like this: 5

Then invert the color of the lines, after that Effects>Blur>ZoomBlurDeluxe 6

Now go to Effects>Distort>Smudge and do this:

First with soft brush, and after that to add some effect do with paintbrush!

7

4-With rectangle selection do catch the right side of the layer and delete it like this:

8

Now select the left side of the layer and copy it!

5- Add a new layer and call it Chakra Lines 2,

Now paste the left side of the other layer and Layers>Flip Horizantaly.

You can play with the colors.

Flatten the image and there ya go.
