Guide book for Paint.NET?

hi

i used photoshop at work some 10 years ago but mostly forgotten since.

just downloaded paint.net to design an e-book cover but finding it hard with no idiots' guide /paint.net for dummies or similar. so feeling quite nervous & out of my depth.

still have my old  guide for paintshop (photoshop cs in easy steps) and wonder will the same photoshop methods work fo paint.net ?

In Paint.NET, press F1 to bring up the help file.

Or click on the icon at the top right of the Paint.NET window and look at Documentation and then Tutorials.

The user interface won't be the same but the general principles will be similar.
