What's wrong is that you are using an out of date, unsupported version of Paint.NET on an out of date, unsupported version of Windows. You'll need to update to Windows 10 or Windows 11, then install the current version of Paint.NET, which is 5.0.11 The forum will not provide support for out of date versions.
