Rick Brewster
Paint.NET does not have a free trial so I’m not sure what you have there. 1 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
amongusdrip
i'm not sure neither since this never happened to me before but i got it from the official website https://getpaint.net/ and i just get that whenever i open the app
NinthDesertDude
You didn't get whatever that is from the website, promise. You probably have malware interfering with your computer or something else going on. Whatever it is is only on your side, and unrelated to PDN
amongusdrip
mf i got it from https://getpaint.net/ which AFAIK is the official site
Solution amongusdrip Posted January 13 Author Solution Share Posted January 13 ight guys i think i found out the issue, i think windows thinks i got some sort of free trial on the windows store for paint.net bc there's two paint.NETs on my pc, one is the one you get from the website and the other is from the windows store so there's the problem, somehow paint.net microsoft store was installed
amongusdrip
so the issue was never a virus or anything, it was just windows being windows

Rick Brewster
Yeah there used to be a free trial via the Microsoft Store, but not anymore 1 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
