IVE SEACHED the only reference to a pantone color alternative goes back to 2012... this would be a real breakthrough. FREETONE is an opensource color library of 1280 colors released by artist Stuart Semple in response to Pantone and Adobe's plan to add a $200 paywall to the color palette as of November 22... you can find the free download herehttps://www.culturehustleusa.com/products/freetone THANKS IN ADVANCE. IVE SEACHED Paint.NET cannot load Photoshop color swatch files directly. I wrote a utility that converts those files to multiple Paint.NET palette files (paint.net palette files can only contain 96 colors).
