SodiumEnglish Posted November 1, 2022 Posted November 1, 2022 When opening many files at the same time from a folder to edit them, they will open in a random order. I would like to be able to sort/reorder the opened files in the ribbon to be alphabetical to be more predictable and easier to find. Quote
Ego Eram Reputo Posted November 2, 2022 Posted November 2, 2022 Are you opening too many images to drag & drop them into order? SodiumEnglish Posted November 2, 2022 Author Posted November 2, 2022 Hm, well I have been using Right click -> Open as they are all PDN files. However since you mention it, when I drag and drop from the File Explorer they open in the order I'd want them to. Quote
Ego Eram Reputo Posted November 3, 2022 Posted November 3, 2022 Actually, I meant drag & drop in the image list in PDN. You can seize a little thumbnail and drag the blighter sideways to reorder them. (I've just written myself a note to explain this in the Docs) I'm glad my obscure suggestion gave you a workaround Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
