Remove underlying image elements

Suppose I have 2 pictures.  The first is a picture of a hand, wearing rings and bracelets, underneath a translucent cloth.  The second is a picture of the same hand, in the same position, but without the cloth or any jewelry.  What tools or techniques would one suggest to render a third picture of the hand, under the cloth, but without the jewelry?

Hi @weirdozzie - welcome to the forum :)

It's going to be really hard to do what you want with any kind of automation. The best I could dream up is a labor-intensive manual method. Usually in cases like these, it's easier to just take new photographs.

Feel free to upload the images - so long as they are family friendly. Someone might have a clever idea to help you out.
