Arwin0209
Hello all, I have a question about how to rotate wheels so it looks like the vehicle is moving. What I do now is select the wheel and use the radial blur, but this is not always as precise. So I was wondering if there was an easier way or a plugin for this? Thanks in advance! Ego Eram Reputo
Try this: Make an oval selection covering a large part of the tyre & rim. Copy (Ctrl + C) and paste it into a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + V) Apply Motion Blur @ 25, Not Centered, Distance = 13. Repeat for the three wheels. I think it could be improved if the front wheel had the most Distance when using Motion Blur, and the other wheels proportionately less.
