Hello all, I have a question about how to rotate wheels so it looks like the vehicle is moving. What I do now is select the wheel and use the radial blur, but this is not always as precise. So I was wondering if there was an easier way or a plugin for this? Thanks in advance!

I always wondered if there was an easier way of selecting an object in a png file. Now I just use the Magic wand but I wondered if there was a way where you could do it in one time. I'm not talking about an extra layer because I know that trick but I just only need the selected part and not the object itself. Thanks for replying :)
