Ghostolini Posted February 24, 2019 Share Posted February 24, 2019 Sometimes if you watch shows or see videos online they will have a pic in their broadcast that shows a scene, and an object or a person in the pic looks like it is popping out of the picture. I am not sure if it is 3d or not, and it looks like they are moving the pic. Anyone know what that is and if Paint.net has something similar? I also seen pics where one object or person is in color and the rest of the pic is in black and white. Anyone know how to do that too?
