Can i use batch processing to Increase image size?

I have a bunch of pics that were taken in 640x420. Obviously this is of questionable quality for any printing. I want to resample to a larger size so I can make a photobook on one of the services. I know how to do this for a single pic, but since I have over 50 of these I was looking to automate the process.

Any ideas?

Unfortunatly, Paint.NET cannot do batch processing, but luckily many other programs can. I have one in mind I remember another member recomending as a response to a similar question. Perhaps another user could fill me in?

Thanks, I would appreciate it. I was thinking that scriptlauncher batch processing mode would be able to do this IF there was a script that simply resampled pictures to a given spec.
