    I disagree. This sounds like a good idea to me. People that have been requesting things threads' have been getting locked but I've been PM'ing help to them, I think it would be better if this went public. Or we could create a Paint.NET Requests Forum.

    Use Boltbait's Feather to remove the white edges.

    Use any of the selection tools , :SelectAll: , :LassoTool: to select the face and use the Lightness option in Hue/Sat to darken the face.

    You left it 12 minutes from what I can work out. To your question, it would all depend on the picture. Probably the clone stamp tool would be best. Post the picture you are working on and I'll go from there.
