nice sig lego it's just a bit dark and the text size + color isn't matching kiu

it's just a white outline which is blurred with the gaussian blur effect

maybe your primary color was transparent otherwise give us a screenshot

looks good, but not that hard to make, so for me you don't have to make a tut

be sure that your are workind on 100 % zoom when writing your text and save as .bmp

..or use the feather effect more often
