    Blur the shadows a little bit^^ Olav I already finished school ;-D And CuSO4 has this characteristic blue colour...the rest were chemical basics.

    I guess they were heating Copper(II)sulfate... the crystals will change their colour to grey or white, it's called dehydration. amirite?

    It's important in photomanipulations that all objects have the same quality and the same source of light... experiment with the noise and brightness contrast plugin to gain a realistic look in this picture.

    It's really really easy... Fill a canvas with transparent colour and apply S3D, then run some distortions. I used bulge 3 times and drop ripple one time.     Uhh... ?? 300x200/1024=58.59 ?? ...hmm where did I made my fault? xD 1 kb= 1024 byte >> 1 mb = 1024 kb... 300*200=60000kb /1000 =60...damn It's already fewer than the average world of warcraft update...maybe someone should Zip them ;D

    If you didn't close the program yet, you can undo the last 100 steps. You can press Ctrl+Z to undo one step by one or you can open the history ( F6 ) and click the position when you've paste the image.

    ???? One flag with dimension of 800x700 in png has about 300kb...200 flags would be about 7 mb?? I'm sure there's a folder with all 200 flags together... That's nothing... I rather think that you would get a problem with the copyright if you download and publish them...

    If your previous image is already saved (you can check this if there's a yellow star on the thumbnail or not) it will be closed automatically when you open a new image... afaik

    Often it's easier to move the whole image with the mouse and apply the Align Object plugin after that.

    if you hold down ctrl the image will move 5 pixels per click on an arrow key, and the image will be copied. If you don't press ctrl your image will move only 1 pixel per click. If you want to move the image 5 pixels without copying it, reset the selection every now and then. The image will only appear outside of the selection, so just make the selection bigger.

    There are many ways to do this, you can use the two plugins "Water Reflection", "Wetfloor Reflection" or you copy the text, flip it vertically and add a black and white gradient in transparency mode.

    Or just make a black 3 inside of the white apple and set the blending mode of the layer to Screen. It's faster ;D (or use the "colour to alpha" plugin or "strip primary colour" or whatever...there are thousand possibilities)

    Yeah i know that, but the result has aliased edges then... It's still not as clean as an Alphamask I always immitated this effect with pyros object outline plugin. I just added two angled outlines...Is it really so hard to code this? Or to automating these steps: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=25452 (PART II)
