I think every effect should have a button on it called "Omnilayer" that makes it effect all layers. It is really annoying to blur/distort/whatever every layer separately!

The rules say all thread titles should be descriptive, but I think this is a stupid rule. Go ahead and ban me for saying this, but I don't think you could really describe a complicated problem in two or three words. But something like "Question" would call experienced members to the thread to help the questioner, but he wouldn't have to try to summarize the answer. Perfectly good threads are being locked. I would like the ability to have brushes simultaneously be painting on two layers. I don't think this falls under custom brushes, but I'm not sure. Thanks!

Sorry. I can't find any images now, but the recommendation of surface blur worked. P.S, sometimes when you render a gradient between white and a light shade of gray, there are bars not even Gaussian blur fixes! They are always there! Is this a problem with my monitor?

I intended it for GIFs on Wikipedia. That's what I meant, extrapolate them.

PDN should have a feature that removes the bars from GIFs when you resave them as PNGs without otherwise blurring the image. If that would be impossible, tell me.

Some quick advice: Do. Not. Use. Polar. Inversion. It is not an "instant effect" it is ugly and unoriginal. :MotionBlur: is good though. Try not to base your images on any one effect. Don't use clouds too much. That is my best advice!
