If a tut gets locked, people will go "Lol another Clouds+Polar Inversion tut and then not view a perfectly good tut!

I just think it is stupid to hail an inferior version of a tutorial over a superior!

The one at viewtopic.php?f=15&t=24464. It is actually quite professional looking, but was locked just because it was a "duplicate" (improvement) of another tutorial!

In my opinion. Tuts are getting locked way to often. Noobies always get really angry after their tuts get locked! I think we should only lock tuts like: mk a cloud mk it cool plar it don! Not tuts that are just a little basic, or even duplicates that are better than the original!

I think that an images history should be savable in a PDN image. Then tuts could just have a PDN image and it would show the history and all! I would be so glad if this got in!
