Working well with something selected using Atlkinson Dither So dose the Floyd And as for the Fast Blur it was a little clunky trying to move the slider. Also works good with selections. Everything is fine for me

Yep, you need to read the help topics on the website to get the basics such as how to use the tools, layers, adjustments and such. Then you can try out a few tutorials and start getting more advanced. Good Luck.
