  1. Go to Ajustments - Curves and in the curves window set it to RGB. Then play with the points.

Question 3: Go to the tutorial forum and read the Tutorial on "Lets make some firy Text with Paint Net" Take your text, open your jpg image, make a new layer in the layer window, and paste your text in, or do the firy text in the new layer before hand.   9. Yep...just like any program. Paint net uses it's own "Project" filetype with the extension ".pdn", which only paint net can use, so save it as (I recommend) a .png.
  10. Apply a Lens or Bulge distortion to it, it's too flat.

  14. Alrighty. Make a layer, put your text in. Use the magic wand, select the letters, make your gradient within the selection.
