Paint.net is also un the same folder that it was installed in. I have not tried to download Paint.net from the website, but I think this is a important issue. Quote My Internet Explorer 8 Concept.... There is something wrong with the way Explorer is configured on your system -- probably caused by some other random program mucking around in ways it shouldn't have.
