Bit2_Gosu
Hi! If I select a part of my drawing with the rectangular mask, how can I change the size of just what I selected and not the whole canvas?
salu
if you mean the square .. use the white arrow in the tool box, if you mean the part you selected, use the gray arrow in the tool box Quote Deviant Art page of cookies I = She
Bit2_Gosu
ah, very good, it works with the grey arrow. But what, if I want the whole selected square to reduce its size to say 65% of the original 100%, how can I do that? Because if I do it with the grey arrow I cannot ensure that height and width are reduced identically. ?
david.atwell
Hold down the Shift key as you resize with one of the corner handles. This will constrain the proportions. Bit2_Gosu
Thanks, very good! But is there also a possibility to chose the percentage of the reduction of size?
david.atwell
If you copy it to a new layer, you can use the Zoom function of Layers > Rotate/Zoom.
