eidylon
either an MDI document interface, or some other way to see two images side by side. Here is my sit... i am trying to convert an XP msstyle to a Vista msstyle. Take for instance the Checkbox image. It would be really nice to be able to see the old XP image next to the new Vista image being crafted, to make sure that it's looking good. CheerZ! Keep up the great work! Mike Ryan
Copy and paste into a new layer, and then change the visibility to On or Off according to the image you are wanting to see. Other than that, I really doubt Rick (I am not speaking for him) will implement this anytime soon as there is a workaround at the moment
eidylon
yah, that sort of works. though it would actually be easier just having two windows open and ctrl+pgup-ing or ctrl+pgdn-ing. There are workarounds, sure... and its not a MUST-HAVE kind of feature... just saying it would be nice.

It would require many structural changes, cause many bugs and the team have many more important things to work on. Just open up two instances of paint.net side by side - that should do the trick.
