dougw03
Hello, Can you please add subscripts and superscripts for text editing? I couldn't find it in the text options.
Curmudgeon
a workaround would be to type the text you want subscripted or superscripted on a separate layer and move it to the position next to the original text. Not much call for subscripts or superscripts in an image manipulation program, better suited to a word processing program
Kreeos
What I do when I want to add special symbols into my image is I type it out in MS Word then copy and paste it into the paint.net image. Deviant Art
david.atwell
Superscript and subscript aren't different symbols, they're a different way of displaying words (above or below the line). The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

I know, but if you use the equation creator in MS Word you can type it out and then copy it into paint.net. Makes typing anything not on the keyboard really easy. david.atwell
No, you don't understand. Superscript and subscript aren't something available in the Equation Editor; it's just a different way of rendering existing text. Curmudgeon's suggestion is the easiest. The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos.
