GurliGebis
Hey, I was wondering, is there a way to add the Aquire button to the toolbar next to the Save button? I use Aquire a lot to scan and edit pictures, so it would save me a lot of time if it was in the toolbar.
david.atwell
Sorry, but no. The toolbars are not editable. Hope this helps. :-) Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. usedHONDA
This would actually be good for the next release when Rick will also have an "Open Recent" button added to the toolbar. usedHONDA
Yup. It was said in a note-to-self type of manner, so I'm 95% sure he's going to do it. GurliGebis
I've made a simple patch to add the button to the toolbar. Should apply cleanly on the 3.22 source. The only thing missing is the button not being disabled like the menu item is, when no scanner is avaliable, since I don't know how to do the check (Just downloaded the source 1 hour ago). Edit by Rick: Removed patch file. Please don't post those here in the forum.
usedHONDA
Nice UI hack ya' got there Quote "The greatest thing about the Internet is that you can write anything you want and give it a false source." ~Ezra Pound twtr | dA | tmblr | yt | fb
GurliGebis
Nice UI hack ya' got there Hehe, yep :-) The architecture is pretty nice I must say. Where should I submit patches?
Rick Brewster
Unsolicited patches are not accepted, nor should they be posted here in the forum. It just makes things more confusing for regular users, especially when their "new features" disappear the next time they update. GurliGebis
Unsolicited patches are not accepted, nor should they be posted here in the forum.... Okay, so there is nowhere to send them, so the developers can look at them?
