d.rojas
WHY?! I was making something for school. After an hour I was finished (AFTER AN HOUR!). I wanted to save the file. Then "Paint.net have to be closed"! I would really like it when you would make this Auto-Save function! EDIT by david.atwell: removed over-abundance of punctuation. :-) Please brush up on the Rules. pdncrash.zip Quote :-P

fault for not saving. As mean as it sounds, even MS products usually require you to save first before it autosaves. Secondly, check the Popular Feature Requests thread in the General Discussion and Questions part of the forum about the Autosave request. I think it's there, I'm not sure though, although it has been discussed before. Thirdly, can you translate this bit? "Es steht nicht genug Speicherplatz auf dem Datenträger zur Verfügung." EDIT: And read the rules.
d.rojas
"Es steht nicht genug Speicherplatz auf dem Datenträger zur Verfügung." Oh... This means the Device doesn't have enough place any more... I've allready seen the Thread with the popular requests Which rule should I've broken? This means the Device doesn't have enough place any more... I've allready seen the Thread with the popular requests Which rule should I've broken? What do you mean by "device"? And, the only thing was the tad over-use of exclamtion marks. That's it really. Nothing to worry about.

Fisherman's Friend
"Datenträger" does not mean "hard drive", it can be every place to store files. Maybe an USB device? If it's the HDD, I assume the error message is wrong. Or you have a problem with your HDD. And yes, it is a good idea to save yourself after a while when it's that important. It's not only the program which could crash but Windows etc. And perhaps your PC itself goes down.
