KamoKronos
I was wondering if one of you great plugin makers could make an Inner Glow plugin for paint.NET. When I looked at the PSU forums, I heard that photoshop has it, and the wallpaper that person made looked really cool with it. Just wondering if you can, thanks. Sozo
Sounds like a glow effect with low radius, but a pic would be awesome.
KamoKronos
Sure, these were made by Kal-El, at PSU (Playstation Underground). It outlines the side of the picture, here it is

KamoKronos
Try viewtopic.php?t=6526Both 1st & 2nd color white. That works great! Thanks Ash. Id never have thought of that, lol. Both white and then glaussian blur, and finally a bit of frosted glass. Thanks man!
MiguelPereira
Try viewtopic.php?t=6526Both 1st & 2nd color white. Actually Ash Inner glow is more like the Glow effect only reversed (with the brigthness and contrast etc..), and the bevel plugin does not apply to rounded areas nor "weird-from-lasso" areas. This effect actually would make the Glass Ball tut that I made some time ago to be more accurate, when applying the light reflection on the glass surface. Ash
I only gave the answer when I saw KamoKronos' sample image. Everybody has different way of saying things, inner glow...we will all think a different image in our mind....(at least for me ) Thats why I always ask people to post a pic. as it's worth a thousand words (maybe more) @KamoKronos: Glad it worked. and you're welsome Quote All creations Ash + Paint.NET [ Googlepage | deviantArt | Club PDN | PDN Fan ]
Rubrica
Also, I suppose you could try adding a new layer, making a white border, and applying some effects until you're happy with it, then flatten.
