jp2paint
I can not get certain Webdings fonts to display. Specifically, I am currently trying to get the Webdings chart character to display: To display Webdings fonts in WinXP, I hold down the ALT key while typing in the appropriate decimal number on the num pad; however, whenever I enter "ALT+143" for the chart character, I get the phone character (i.e. "ALT+197"). How do I get the font character that I actually want? Quote ~Joe Avoid Sears Home Improvement (click to read why)
BoltBait
Try using Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map Can you copy-and-paste out of that app? Oh, and this goes in the Bugs and Troubleshooting forum... moving. Forgot to mention: I can copy from the Character Map, but I am unable to paste with v3.10 (even though the Paste icon is active).I did not realize this was a bug. I thought I might be doing something wrong. Live and learn! Quote ~Joe Avoid Sears Home Improvement (click to read why)

david.atwell
I wasn't sure. I know some older Wing/webdings fonts weren't...I couldn't remember whether they were now or not. And I'm at work, so I can't check... Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies.
