trying to redownload paint dot net

ive just downloaded paint dot net but ive accidentally deleted it with some of my other files ( not just the app and the files and everything) now i cant get anything back and i try to redownload it using the installer but it has a error  (Fatal error during installation. 1603)i dont know how to fix it welp!

i cant do anything and i tried to do it but i think because i deleted the uninstaller and i deleted the paint dot net files permentaly

Deleting files randomly is a really bad way to try and remove installed programs.  You're finding out why. 

 

Your problem is that you've removed (some of the) files and left all sorts of hooks and stubs in your system which are not allowing the new version to be installed.  What you need to do from here is finish the removal prior to reinstalling a fresh version.

 

Go back to the first link I provided and thoroughly read post #2.  That is your solution.
