msbhvn
Just upgraded to the 3.0 release and source. I compiled CodeLab and placed the CodeLab.dll in the \Paint.NET\Effects directory and it doesn't appear in the Effects menu. I tried referencing the versions of PdnLib PaintDotNet.Effects PaintDotNet.Resources and PaintDotNet.SystemLayer I built from the source and the originals in the \Paint.NET directory but still no joy. Any ideas?
BoltBait
Try downloading one that is already built and see if that works? I've done some updates to codelab. You can try it out here: http://boltbait.googlepages.com/codelab Try that and let me know if it works. P.S. BoltBait
Were you attempting to improve CodeLab or were you just looking for the Codelab dll? If so, what were you improving? I'm still working on 2 improvements that I want to make... being able to specify an icon and putting the effect into a specified submenu. Picc84
Boltbait, I think a more "Live" demo would be realy neat....
msbhvn
BoltBait, no I wasn't looking to improve CodeLab, I just wanted to compile the dll so I could play with some effects in real time. An improvement I'd like to see would be a preview pane in the CodeLab window instead of waiting for the entire image or selection to re-render every time you change something.
