Invalid Parameter?

I was working on a relatively large image with plenty of layers and, just after I clicked OK on a plugin dialogue--I believe it was AA's Assistant--I got a message saying "invalid parameter." I clicked OK and it came up a second time, so I clicked OK again, and paint.net closed itself, leaving no crash log and completely wiping all my work (which I, unfortunately, had forgotten to save).
