Mixtape Cover Help Needed (You know you wanna look)

Hello Paint.Net users, been using Paint.Net for some years now, but picture editing just isn't my best gift. I really like the designs here and wanted to know if anyone would mind commenting and helping me with a cover for an upcoming mixtape. A link to most of my public music is at the bottom and can be found on both sites, and youtube. I don't want to put too much money into the mixtape as of the Label hasn't even ok'd an official signing, and signing bonus, but don't be a stranger!! I did the one I put on here...

I spoke with Steve the guy that runs a website called Mixtape Masters. He gave me great tips when it comes to designing mixtape covers. He uses Photoshop at all time. His graphics are hot, here is his site to see his work. I did a cover for him last year that's on his site. <snip>
