Vericlaims
Hello, today I downloaded Paint.NET so I could make some things for my company, I made this image for my page, and I can't make it transparent for it to match my black background. Here's the image if needed.
Ego Eram Reputo
Hi Vericlaims, welcome to the forum. I'll first point you to this URL: http://searchpaint.net/ It's the custom search for all things Paint.net . I'd highly recommend bookmarking it for future use! Using that search tool, try the two keywords 'transparent' and 'background'. You'll find loads of results including tutorials. Choose a few and read them through. Another method is to download a plugin to do the job more quickly and easily. There are quite a few available, but two that are frequently recommended are: AlphaSpace and Grim Color Reaper 1 Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker

I installed this plug-in @AlphaSpace, it's working very good, I only have to test it on a black layer. Edit: Aparrently it isn't working on a Black Layer, I think I have to change the tolerance :S Edited September 16, 2011 by Vericlaims
Ego Eram Reputo
Toggle the transparency color from White to Black using the radio buttons.
