Working with multiple images

Hi there -- sorry to be a pain -- I'm a bit of a Newbie to Paint.net. Is there any way to have multiple images open at the same time on ythe screen -- and to be able to select parts from one image and paste them in another -- that sort of thing?

No you can't open multiple canvasses on the screen at the same time, but you can copy & paste from one image to another.

Simply open both images and flick between them using the thumbnail images in the image list. More >> http://www.getpaint..../ImageList.html

Do you know, I hadn't even spotted that image list in the upper corner of my screen .... now I'm kicking myself -- thanks so much for responding -- Max

One more thing you might find useful: press F1 in Paint.Net to be taken to the online help files - there are a load of features detailed in there that you might not know about.
