Plugin Request: Popart

You know like photobooth has?

I'd really like to transform some of my pictures into pop-art without using photobucket or myspace's little photo editor. I'd really like if someone could make a plugin for this on paint.net

What would be REALLY nice (if it's not too complicated)....would be different styles of pop-art to choose to make the picture in, like this:
