However, the center of the effect is still the center of the whole image. This is the same with Polar Inversion and Twist. (Could be Tile as well, but I couldn't tell with my grid image.) Without being able to constrain the effect to the current selection, it is fairly useless. But it's also something we're looking to make a lot better in a future release.
