I need help with backrounds. Can someone teach me how to do those cool backrounds on paint.net i been trying so hard already and still i cant make anything cool

Well, why don't you do it yourself? You've got Paint.NET, and imagination. By doing things yourself you'll earn experience to do better backgrounds! And experience is like money (or even better): The more, the better.

so than, we can not do this stuff with Paint.NET? it is only abel to be done with photoshop?
