BeeDreams Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 While working yesterday, my canvas design seems to have permanately switched to a checkerboard pattern instead of plain white. I'm not sure what I did to cause this, and why I can't change it back - I have searched every menu and have found nothing that lets me change the display of the canvas. The canvas is not listed as a "layer" so I can't change it there, the only layer so far is the picture itself. I want a plain white canvas - how do I get this? Quote
Simon Brown Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 The chequerboard represents transparency, so wouldn't white be confusing? AFAIK it has never been white. Quote
Ash Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Do you want to work on a white background or transparent background? Do you want your final image on a white background or transparent background? Quote All creations Ash + Paint.NET [ Googlepage | deviantArt | Club PDN | PDN Fan ]
