I can make the image transparent however it needs to be in .bmp format for it to be transparent on our capes does anyone know what i can do? The .BMP filetype (not just in Paint.NET, but everywhere in the world) does not support transparency. The .PNG filetype is the best filetype for just about every use, and it does include transparency, but you said you need to save it in a BMP to use it. So, I'm sorry, but unless you can use PNG (which is lossless, like BMP) or GIF, you can't have transparency. EDIT: And you need to change your thread title. Please read the rules.
