TwilightsVenom Posted May 14, 2009 Share Posted May 14, 2009 Hi, im new to Paint.net.. ive only had it downloaded for about a month and all i have ever used to for was to make parts of the picture black and white, and parts color. Now im trying to change the opacity.. but i dont know where it is. It might be a plug-in but i couldnt find a post about it. idk, maybe im overlooking it. I also would like to know how to feather edges of pictures. I know how to do it on PS but i unfortuanly do not have PS on my personal computer.
