meetoo Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 umm hello guys.. I Am a brand new User To Paint Forums xD. we'll Anyways just last week My Old Hardrive got Fryed.. And I lost everything.. On My old Hardrive I had Untilted (78%)- Paint.NET v3.36 Soo I lost that But Now when im going to try and Download it again for my new Hardrive when it comes to the installing part i keep getting a Error... Error is : Paint.NET requires Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Or Later (Sorry I cant even get a Screen Shot of it cuase I need paint.Net lol) I have Windows XP?.... Bob Posted March 15, 2009 Share Posted March 15, 2009 Maybe the "Service Pack 2" update is not installed. It is mandatory if you want Paint.NET to work. Be sure to install all pending updates using Windows Update in Start Menu > All Programs. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. It will probably take several reboots -- so, after installing updates and rebooting, run Windows Update again. Repeat until it says zero updates.
