How to align contents of all layers and move simultaneously ?

How to select all contents of layers and move simultaneously as I can only select one layer at a time ?

Please advise.

You can't do it for all layers in one go. You need to do one layer, then repeat for the other layers. Like this:

1. Use the Paneling plugin to move the contents of the first layer
2. Activate the next layer
3. Press F8 to repeat step 1 on the active layer.
4. goto step 2 for as many layers as you need to move.
