dfuent
I hope to make screen recordings using paint.net. The cursor gets in the way of what I like to show. Camtasia offers an option to hide the cursor, and it works--mostly. It lets me hide the drawing tool cursor (I use the brush), but a tiny circle still shows on and off, moving like the cursor would. (See the attached screen shot this forum doesn't allow me to post a screen capture video.) The tiny circle shows up in every screen capture program I've tried using paint.net. Just to check, I installed Krita ( which I don't like) and there was no tiny circle. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas about how to remedy it? Your screenshot is clear though.

The cursor shows you where you are on the page. Rick Brewster
That's there because you have a brush tool active. The circle shows the area that the brush will affect. You can switch to a different tool to remove it.
