resize or make it smaller blur photos

I'm afraid that when you try to decrease a small image down ever smaller, you can expect to lose detai.

 

You could try this:    Image > Resize > and set Resampling to Nearest Neighbor.

Hi Pixey, thanks for the welcome and the suggestion

 

have tried it but its still the same, what should i do in order to use this image? should i start from a bigger canvas and then shrink it down?

Your source image (i.e. your 'before dragging it small' image) is already rather low resolution. The width of the screwdriver tips is only about 9 pixels so there isn't much detail there and you are never going to get good results when you scale them down.

You need to take a well-lit, sharply focused, higher resolution image of the toolbox and try again.
