robc Posted December 8, 2021 Share Posted December 8, 2021 I have the attached image and I want to just change the gray/dark text color. At one time I thought there was a tool that would quickly paint over just the text and it would color just the text and nothing else, like the background for example. IHaveNoName Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 (edited) You don't even need to cut and paste anything. The image has a transparent background so you can just use the rectangle select tool on the area with the text in question and then use the same Color Balance plugin as Pixey suggested above or similar recolouring plugin.
