Human Being
I've noticed the magnification is always about 80% of the actual size of the image (for instance, 100% magnification is smaller than it should be), which makes it blurrier and harder to judge scale. Is there a way to fix this?
Human Being
Additionally, the colors, layers, and toolbox glitch around when I try to move them. That might have something to do with it.

Do you use any of the following programs? or any kind of gaming overlay programs? Mirillis Action!, Window Blinds, EVGA PrecisionX, Powerstrip, MSI Gaming APP, Webroot, ATI Hydravision, Discord Overlay, MacType, Fraps, Asus ROG Sonic Studio and Dolphin SuperNova. Human Being
Does anyone know what to do about this?
toe_head2001
You'll need to troubleshoot the drag glitch issue. You can start by booting Windows into Safe Mode, and see if the issue persists. This will tell us if there's another program that's interfering with Paint.NET. Let us know the result.
