I do not use any of those programs. Here is my Diagnostic information:

Additionally, the colors, layers, and toolbox glitch around when I try to move them. That might have something to do with it.

I've noticed the magnification is always about 80% of the actual size of the image (for instance, 100% magnification is smaller than it should be), which makes it blurrier and harder to judge scale. Is there a way to fix this?
