abergas Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 I tried to use Paint.Net with a Huion tablet. However, there is often a delay of about 1 second or 1 cm before the press down is recognized, and during that time only the initial point is recognized. So it is not possible to draw a circle without the first part being a straight edge. Makes it useless. The tablet works fine generally, an with plain Windows Paint. I understand that touch sensitivity is difficult to support in .Net. But this is a different issue, simply using the tablet as a mouse does not work properly. Thank you for providing Paint.Net. Microsoft should replace their inbuilt Paint with it! Quote
Ego Eram Reputo Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 Sounds like this issue: https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/113173-the-first-5mm-of-a-freehand-line-are-straight-when-using-a-tablet/ Try opening Settings > User Interface and uncheck the Fluid mouse input checkbox.
