Remove image

Hi,

I would like to remove a person from a picture in order to place ii into a different picture. I know how to place it in another pic, but I'm not sure how to remove it from the first one. Thanks for any help!!

My first choice would be to use the clone tool.http://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/CloneStamp.html

Thank you so much for sharing that plugin! I was going crazy looking for it the other day, but I had no idea what it was called.
